Initial installation under the Ministry-led medication decision support program, ahead of phased deployment across Israel's government medical centers
CALGARY, AB, Oct. 20, 2026 /CNW/ -- Seegnal Inc. (TSXV: SEGN) (FSE: 2I1) ("Seegnal" or the "Company"), a developer of innovative healthcare technology focused on mitigating medication risks, is pleased to announce that Seegnal has completed an initial installation within the Israeli Ministry of Health's Government Medical Centers Division, marking a major execution milestone under the Ministry-led Medication Decision Support System ("MDSS") project for government medical centers.
The installation advances a phased program intended to support safer, more personalized medication decisions across Israel's government medical center network. Ness Technologies ("Ness") is serving as the prime contractor for the project, with Seegnal providing its medication decision support technology and related services as a subcontractor.
The Ministry's tender framework provides a pathway for phased deployment across multiple general hospitals, with the potential to extend to additional psychiatric and geriatric centers. The initial installation marks the first operational milestone under that framework. The timing, scope and locations of additional deployments remain subject to Ministry decisions, approved work orders and the completion of applicable implementation milestones.
Seegnal's platform integrates patient-specific clinical information, including current medications, laboratory results, renal function, allergies, age and other relevant risk factors, to deliver context-aware medication guidance at the point of care. The platform is designed to identify clinically significant medication risks while reducing less relevant alerts that can contribute to alert fatigue.
"Completing the initial installation with the Ministry of Health is a significant milestone for Seegnal and reflects our team's continued execution," said Elad Bibi-Aviv, Chief Executive Officer of Seegnal. "This project expands our presence within large, complex healthcare environments and supports the program's next stages. We are proud to work alongside Ness and the Ministry in advancing patient-specific medication intelligence across Israel's government medical center network."
With the initial Ministry installation now complete, Seegnal and its project partners will proceed with the program's next implementation stages. Further deployments remain subject to technical integration, acceptance testing, Ministry work orders and other project requirements. The Company intends to provide updates as additional material milestones are achieved.
